1 Million Challenge official rules

From Monday, November 24, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. to Wednesday, December 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Paris time. No purchase necessary.

1. Organizer

This contest, the "1 Million Challenge" (the "Challenge"), is organized by KAIROS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with its registered office at 11 Placette Jean-Sébastien Bach, 35135 Chantepie, France, registered with the Rennes Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 887 948 818, publisher of the ClipOnIt service (cliponit.app), hereinafter "the Organizer". Contact: contact@cliponit.app.

TikTok, Instagram (Meta), YouTube (Google) and X are not organizers or sponsors of the Challenge, are not associated with it, and cannot be held responsible for it.

2. Duration

The Challenge runs from Monday, November 24, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. to Wednesday, December 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Paris time (the "Challenge Period"). Results are announced on December 25, 2026.

3. No purchase necessary

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. A ClipOnIt account is required; creating an account and the Free plan cost nothing and need no credit card.

The Free plan gives access to Smart Clipper (2 videos, exports with a watermark), which is enough to make an eligible ad. AI Explainer is not included in the Free plan: any participant who wants to use it without a subscription can ask at contact@cliponit.app during the Challenge Period; the Organizer then credits one AI Explainer video to their account, once per person.

Internet connection costs remain the participant's responsibility.

4. Who can enter

Any natural person aged at least 18 on the date of entry, residing in mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg or Canada (excluding Quebec), with a ClipOnIt account and a public account on at least one platform listed in article 5.

Employees, contractors and partners of the Organizer, and members of their household, are excluded.

5. How to enter

Create an ad for ClipOnIt using ClipOnIt (AI Explainer or Smart Clipper), with the project visible on the participant's ClipOnIt account. The ad may be prepared before the Challenge starts.

Post it publicly during the Challenge Period on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X, with the hashtag #DefiClipOnIt, a mention of the @cliponit_fr or @cliponit_en account or the link cliponit.app, and the commercial-communication label required by law and by the platform (for example "Ad", "Paid partnership" or "Branded content").

Send to contact@cliponit.app the link to the post, a screenshot of the platform's statistics and the email address of the ClipOnIt account, no later than Wednesday, December 24, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Paris time).

The ad must be original, comply with the platform's rules and the law, and contain no misleading claim about ClipOnIt, in particular no promise of income or results.

6. Counted views and proof

Only views of a single post, on a single platform, as shown by the platform's native statistics and reached during the Challenge Period, are counted. Views across several posts or platforms are not added up.

The Organizer may request any additional proof: dated screenshots, read access to statistics, screen sharing. Without proof within 48 hours of the request, the entry is rejected.

7. Prizes

  • 1,000,000 views: The latest iPhone model available on the award date. 3 prizes maximum: the first 3 validated entries. Indicative value: €1,500 incl. VAT maximum per prize (retail value).
  • 100,000 views: 1 year of the Pro plan. Credited to your ClipOnIt account. Indicative value: $490 (public yearly price of the Pro plan).
  • 10,000 views: 3 months of the Starter plan. Credited to your ClipOnIt account. Indicative value: $87 (3 × $29, public monthly price of the Starter plan).

A participant can win only one prize during the Challenge, matching the highest tier reached by one of their ads. iPhones go to the first 3 complete, validated entries, in order of receipt; after that, the entry receives the 100,000-view prize.

8. Fraud and disqualification

Any entry whose views come, even partly, from bought views, bots, click farms, view exchanges, paid promotion (boosted posts, Promote, etc.) or any other artificial means is disqualified, as is any entry based on a false identity, multiple accounts or a post not made with ClipOnIt.

The Organizer may reject an entry in case of serious, reasoned doubt, and take back an awarded prize if fraud is discovered later.

9. Awarding and delivery

Results are announced on December 25, 2026 and each winner is notified by email. An entry still under review on that date is decided within the following 15 days. Subscriptions are credited to the winner's ClipOnIt account. The iPhone is shipped to an address in an eligible country within 60 days, shipping paid by the Organizer.

A winner who does not reply within 30 days of notification forfeits the prize.

10. Non-transferable prizes

Prizes are personal. They cannot be transferred, exchanged or paid out in cash. If a prize is unavailable, the Organizer may replace it with one of equal or greater value.

11. Rights to the ads

The participant keeps the rights to their ad. The Organizer only reuses it (sharing, reposting, advertising) with the participant's separate written consent, stating duration and media. The participant warrants holding the rights to any content included (voice, people's likeness, music).

12. Personal data

The Organizer processes the email, name, links and statistics sent and, for iPhone winners, the shipping address, only to run the Challenge and deliver prizes (legal basis: performance of these rules). This data is kept 12 months after the Challenge ends, then deleted. Participants can access, correct, delete or object to it by writing to contact@cliponit.app, and may lodge a complaint with the CNIL. See also the privacy policy (/privacy).

13. Changes, cancellation, liability

The Organizer may extend, change or cancel the Challenge in case of force majeure or widespread fraud; participants are informed on this page. It is not liable for platform malfunctions, accounts suspended by platforms, or lost mail.

14. Rules, governing law and disputes

These rules can be read freely on this page throughout the Challenge. Entering means accepting these rules.

These rules are governed by French law. Any claim must be sent to contact@cliponit.app no later than 2 months after the Challenge ends. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes go to the competent courts under ordinary rules. The French version prevails.
