What ClipOnIt does differently
- A built-in MCP server (25 tools) and a REST API documented in OpenAPI 3.1: Claude, ChatGPT or a script can import, cut, reframe, caption and export without opening the UI.
- Four export formats (9:16, 16:9, 1:1, 4:5) with an independent edit per format, and Premiere Pro XML export from Pro.
- Hosted in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland), automatic deletion at the end of the plan's history (3 to 180 days).
- A free plan without credit card (2 videos, 20 min max) and quotas in videos per month rather than credits or minutes.
What ClipOnIt does not do (yet)
No publishing or scheduling to social networks, no AI avatars or dubbing, no teams beyond 3 seats. If that is what you need, Opus Clip, Submagic, Vizard or Klap may fit better.
